Our responsibilities in this project cover the following:
- Review and edit the technical specification.
- Supervising the construction on site, diligently selecting of suppliers and all related contracts follow-up.
- Following up with the consultants/designers, the contractors’ work in the construction and installation process, and dealing their contracts.
- Overviewing and supervising the installation and construction of all steel, aluminium works, piping, isolation, electric installations, and all related jobs on the shipyard and at vendor workshops.
- Supervising and following up the daily activity of the shipyard and all contractors, engineers, project managers and suppliers, and taking care of third-party involvements’ needs with the registration and classification authorities’ entities as the Flag state and the classification society.
